Sides =
13 \frac{1}{2} = \frac{27}{2} \\ \\ 11 \frac{3}{4} <br /> = \frac{47}{4}<br />\\ \\ 3 \frac{3}{8} = \frac{27}{8}
perimeter = sum of all sides

=> perimeter =
 \frac{27}{2} + \frac{47}{4} + \frac{27}{8} \\ \\ = &gt; \frac{108}{8} + \frac{94}{8} + \frac{27}{8} \\ \\ = \frac{229}{8} \\ \\ = 28\frac{5}{8}
