Given Ratio - 13:14:15

This means that the sides are 13x, 14x, 15x

Now, the Perimeter is the sum of all sides which is 84cm.

So, we can make an equation -

13x + 14x + 15x = 84cm

42x = 84 cm
x = \frac{84}{42}
x = 2cm

Now, The sides are-

13x = 13 * 2 = 26cm
14x = 14 * 2 = 28cm
15x = 15 * 2 = 30cm

➡your answer is given :----

➡Let the sides be in 13x 14x 15x

➡Perimeter of ∆ =Sum of side

➡84 = 13x+ 14x +15x

➡84=42x

➡x = 2

➡sides are = 26,28,30

➡Area of traingle =
Can be found by Heron's formula

=√s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)

where s= perimter of ∆/2

➡a,b,c are its sides

➡by solving u will get the answer .')

UtsavPlayz: so how can you consider the height to be be one of its sides
UtsavPlayz: you have to do this with herons formula dude
tashushruti04: Actually formula to find equilateral triangle's area is √3/4a2
tashushruti04: Sry glt bhej diya
UtsavPlayz: Ohhhh it's not an equilateral triangle man
tashushruti04: Yup yup sry
UtsavPlayz: ankiket please correct your answer you have to do it with herons formula
UtsavPlayz: solve further
UtsavPlayz: by the way the answer is 336cm^2
