Let the breadth be 3x
Ar of rect. = length x breadth
1029 = (7x) (3x)
1029 = 21x²
1029/21 = x²
x² = 49
x = 7
Length = 7x = 7(7) = 49m
Breadth = 3x = 3(7) = 21m
Perimeter of rect. = 2(length + breadth)
= 2 (49+21)
= 140m
