The south facing slopes in the Himalayan region are warmer than the north facing slopes due to the areas affected by cold or hot winds there is a difference in temperature of the windward and Leeward slopes.......!! Is this statement True...?

Yes the south facing slopes are colder because the cold winds from Central Asia gets strike to the south facing side of The Lofty Himalayas. And this makes the southern side to be more colder.
