Acceleration is the chang in velocity in a given time.
since ,he body is moving along a straight line so the velocity of equal to the speed of the body.

a=∆v/∆t
a=10-5/5
a=1 m/s²

Hence the acceleration of the body is 1m/s².

Given - Speed and time

Find - Acceleration

Solution - The acceleration of the body is 1 metre/second²

Acceleration of the body can be calculated using the formula = change in velocity/time taken

Keeping the values in the formula to find the acceleration of the body

Acceleration = 10 - 5/5

Performing subtraction to find the acceleration of the body.

Acceleration = 5/5

Performance division to find the acceleration of the body.

Acceleration = 1 metre/second².

Thus, the acceleration of the body is 1 metre/second²
