Let the number be 10x+y; then,

(10x+y)+(10y+x)= 165 .....(1)

x - y = 3

or, x = 3+y ......(2)

Substituting the value of 2 in 1; we get

11x + 11y = 165

or, x + y = 15

or, 3+y+y = 15

or, 3 + 2y = 15

or, 2y = 12

or, y = 6

Then, x = 9 and y = 6.

HOPE THIS COULD HELP!!!
