Answer: a=8 b=4 times the square root of 21

Step-by-step explanation:4b-4a=16 so 4(b-a)=16 so b-a=4 so b=4+a also b²+a²=400 so (4+a)²+a²=400 so 16+8a+a²+a²=400 so 2a²+8a+384=0 so 2(a²+4a-96)=0 so a²+4a-96=0. Δ=b²-4ac=4²-4*1*(-96)=4(4+96)=400

x=(-b±square root of Δ)/2a=(-4±square root of 400)/2=(-4±20)/2 as we only want positive nunber the only solution is x=16/2=8 then b=the square root of 400-8²=square root of 336 or foor times the square root of 21
