The sum of n terms of two arithmetic series are in the ratio (7n+1): (4n+27) find the ratio of their 11th terms.

Given , the ratio of sum to n terms of two arithmetic progression :

7n + 1 : 4n + 27

Required :

Ratio of their 11th terms respectively :

7 ( 2n - 1 ) + 1 : 4 ( 2n - 1 ) + 27

HERE : n = 11

Hence ,

147 + 1 : 84 + 27

148 : 111

The above ratio is the required result
