Again, according to the question....
(x-5)(y-5) = 4(x-5)
=> (x-5)(45-x-5) = 4(x-5) [ from equation (1) ]
=> (x-5)(40-x) = 4(x-5)
=> 40-x =4
=> x = 36
and from equation (1).....
36+y = 45
=> y = 9
