The sum of the digit of a two digit number is 12 if the new number formed by reversing the digit is greater than the original number by 54 find the number

Let First no be x

and second no be (x- 12)

Then no= 1X x + 10 (12- x)

= x + 120- 10x

= 120-9x

on resving the digit

new no = 10x + 1 (12-x)

= 10x + 12- x

= 9x +12

A/q 9x +12 = 120 - 9x + 54

9x + 12 = 174 -9x

9x + 9x = 174

18x = 174

x = 174 / 18
