I think it is 70 ......

Answer:

Let the first digit number be x

tens digit number y

10y + x = 7 ....... 1

Interchange digit

10x + y = 10y + x +7

10x - x + y - 10y = 7

9x - 9y = 7 ....... 2

Add equation no. 1 and 2

9(x + 10y = 7)

10(9x - 9y = 7)

9x +90y = 63

90x - 90y = 70

= 99x = 133

x = 133 / 99
