Let us assume, x and y are the two digits of a two-digit number
Therefore, the two-digit number = 10x + y and reversed number = 10y + x
Given:
x + y = 9 ------------1
Also given:
10x + y + 27 = 10y + x
9y - 9x = 27
y - x = 3 -----------2
Substract equation 2 from equation 1
2x = 6
x = 3
Therefore, y = 9 - x = 9 - 3 = 6
The two digit number = 10x + y = (10 * 3) + 6 = 36

let x and y be two unit no's
so, 10x+y is our two digit no
as given in question, x+y=9.... (1)
and 10x+y +27= 10y+x..... (2)
so on solving eq 2,
we get, y-x=3.... (3)
on solving eq 1 and 3,
we will get value of x and y by using substitution method or 2312 method,
x=3
y=6
therfore two digit no is 36. which get reversed on adding 27 in it.
