hello,
let the digit at the tens place be X AND UNIT PLACE.BE Y
the no. is (10x+y)
=>(10x+y+7) =3*10x
=>10x+y+7=30x
=>y+7=30x-10x
=>y+7=20x
=>20x-y=7 .........(1)
=>(10x+y-18)=10y+x
=>10x+y-18-10y-x=0
=>9x-9y=18
=>X-Y=2 ...........(2)
{FROM EQUATION 1 AND 2
WE GET, BY SUBTRACTING AND MULTIPLY IN EQUESTION 2 BY 20}
=>20X-Y=7
=>20X-20Y=40
=>(20Y-Y)=(7-40)
=>19Y= -33
=>Y=-33/19
PUT THE VALUE OF (Y) IN FIRST EQUATION,
=>20X - (-33/19)=7
=>(19*20X+33)/19=7
=>(380X+33)=19*7
=>380X+33=133
=>380X=100
=>X=10/38 =5/19
AND Y=-33/19
I HOPE ITS HELP YOU DEAR:-)
