Sides of Square are 50 m & 30 m , difference between the perimeters of these squares = 80 m

Step-by-step explanation:

Let say two square with sides  A  &  B

Sum of the sides of two square =  A + B  = 80

=> A + B = 80

Squaring both Sides

=> A² + B² + 2AB = 6400

sum of the areas of these two squares is 3400m²

=> A²  + B²  = 3400

=> 3400 + 2AB = 6400

=> 2AB = 3000

A² + B² + 2AB = 6400

=> A² + B² - 2AB = 6400 - 4AB

=> (A - B)²= 6400 - 6000

=> (A - B)² = 400

=> A - B = 20

   A + B = 80

=> 2A = 100

& A = 50   , B  = 30

Sides of Square are 50 m & 30 m

difference between the perimeters of these squares = 4(50) - 4(30)

= 80 m
