 As given,    

          their sum = 420

⇒ 20( a - 1 ) + 20a + 20( a + 1 ) = 420

⇒ 20a - 20 + 20a + 20a + 20 = 420

⇒  20a + 20a + 20a = 420

⇒ 60a = 420

⇒ a = 420/60 = 7

   Hence,

Numbers are :

20( a - 1 ) = 20( 7 - 1 ) = 20*6 = 120

20a = 20(7) = 140

20(a+1) = 20(7+1) = 160
