The sum of two opposite angles of a quadrilateral is 172°. The other two angles of the quadrilateral are
equal. Find the equal Angeles​

Answer:

Let the given angles be a and b and let the remaining two angles be x and y

Then,

According to the question: -

a+b = 172........... eq1.

Now,

We Know that-

The sum of all angles of quadrilateral is 360.

a + b + x + y = 360°

from eq.1

172 + x + y = 360

x+y = 360 - 172

x + y = 188

It is given that the remaining two angles are equal .

x = y

So,

x + x = 188

2x = 188

x = 188/2

x = 94.

Therefore

x = y = 94°

Hence the remaining two angles are each of 94°.
