The symbol P represents the element phosphorus. This element’s atomic number is 15. How many protons and electrons are in a P–3 ion?

Atomic no of P = 15 mean it has 15 proton and it has a negative charge as distribution of electron in it is 2,8,5 mean need 3 electron to complete its octet so 15+3=18 electron
