equation is then

8+5(x-1)=y x is the distance traveled in this we have traveled 1 km in rs 8 so 8 is constan we put 8 the further we travel cost rs 5. x is the further distance traveled multipliyed by rs 5 we minus 1 as rs 8 is added already which is the cost of 1 km and we get the equation 8+5into
