At 12 noon temperature was 20°C above zero and temperature decreases at the rate 3°C per hour till midnight.
Let the temperature after 't' hours be 10°C below zero ( -10°C)
But temperature after 't' hours is [20 - t(3)]°C.
⇒ 20 - 3t = -10
20 + 10 = 3t
3t = 30
t = 10
So, at the time 10 hours after noon the temperature would be 10°C below zero.
So, at time 10 PM the temperature would be -10°C
I could not understand the last part of your question, "Write the temperature". So, I can't answer that.
