Heya,

First of all eggs are not produced by the female. They are present since the time of birth but when the adolescence period come in the girls then these eggs starts to mature and one by one get released into vagina in each month. As, the release of egg stars at the age of 13 and stops at age of 45. So, the total no. of years between them is 45-13 = 32 year.

And in each year approx 12 eggs are released so total no. of eggs released will be equal to 400 approx it can be more or some less a very little difference can be there.
