after population increase x+x*5/100
let females be y
after population increase y+y*10/100
x+y = 6500 --- 1
1.05x + 1.1y = 7000 ---2
multiply 1 with 1.1
1.1x + 1.1y = 7150 --- 3
subtract 2 from 3
we get 0.05x = 150
x = 150*100/5
x= 3000
