There is no need to give all the three coordinates of the triangle which are given in the question to find the equation of the line containing side BC.

We only need to to know the coordinates of B and C so we can apply two point form of finding the equation of any line.

So,

Equation of line using two point form Will be

( y - 0) = [\dfrac{6 - 0}{ - 1 - 2}] ( x - 2) \\  i.e.\:\: y =   - 2(x - 2) \\  i.e. \:\: y =  - 2x + 4 \\ \: i.e.\:\: 2x + y - 4 = 0

So,

equation of line containing BC will be

2x + y - 4 = 0
