1400 = L * B * 5
let for rectangle of cross section ,
L =5x , B = 3 x
1400 = 5x * 3x * 5
56 = 3 x
x = 56 / 3 cm
L = 5x = 280/3 cm
B = 3x =168/3 cm
perimeter of cross section = 2 [ L + B ]
= 2[280/3 + 168 /3 ] = 896/3 cm
