GIVEN :

Volume of cylinder = 150 c

Height = 6cm

TO FIND :

Radius (since need to calculate the T.S.A)

T.S.A of the cylinder

FORMULA :

T.S.A Of a cylinder = 2πr(h+r)

Volume of the cylinder = πr²h

SOLUTION :

Volume = πr²h

150 cm³ = 22/7×r² × 6cm

= 25cm²

r = 5cm

Now,

T.S.A = r(h+r)

= 2×22/7×5(6+5)

= 220/7×11

= 345.71 cm²
