Hi friend !!

Height = h = 8 cm

Radius = r
Volume of a cylinder = πr²h = 308 cm³

22/7 × r² × 8 = 308

r² = [308 × 7 ] / [ 22 × 8 ]
= 12.25

r = √12.25
= 3.5 cm

L.S.A of a cylinder = C.S.A of the cylinder = 2πrh
= 2 × 22/7 × 3.5 × 8
= 176 cm²

T.S.A = 2πr(r+h)
= 2 × 22/7 × 3.5 ( 3.5 + 8 ) = 253 cm²

volume of cylinder = π r² h
given volume = 308
height = 8

308 =  π r² *8
308 * 7/22 * 1/8 = r
²
r² = 12. 25
r = 3.5

LSA = 2πrh
= 2 * 22/7 * 3.5 * 8
=176cm²

TSA = LSA + 2
πr²
= 176 + (2 *22/7 *3.5 *3.5)
=176 + 77
=253 cm²

thus ,
LSA = 176cm²
TSA = 253cm²

hope it helps !!!
