dimensions of a pipe are:-
Height =h=14cm
Radius = r.cm
Given, 
Volume =748 cm³
π*r²*h=748
22/7*r²*h=748
r² =(748*7)/(22*14)
r²=17
r = root 17
r = 4(approx.)
external radius R= 9cm (given)
Thickness of the pipe =9 - 4
                                    =5cm
