The volume of air inside a rubber ball with radius r can be found using the function . Since in this problem, we are dealing with a balloon we can now say that the container or the shape we are dealing with is a sphere. The volume of a sphere is 4/3πr³  hence the volume is directly proportional to the radius. The volume increase by a factor of r³.

I would say it represents the volume function evaluated at r=5/7, or

V(5/7)=(4/3)π(5/7)² = 2.13714
