Answer:

Final concentration = Initial concentration

(1− InitialReplaced )

=100(1− 100 10 )=100× 100 90 × 100 90 × 100 90 × 10090

= 65.61 litres

Answer:

Let the volume of milk in on container be x and the other y

According to the problem,

y = 3x --(i)

y - 10 = x --(ii)

Putting the value of x from (ii) in equation (1),

y= 3(y-10)

y= 3y - 30

2y = 30

y = 15

Putting the value of y in (i)

15 = 3x

x = 5

Therefore first container has 5 litres of milk and the second has 15 litres of milk
