The width of a rectangle, is 15cm. What is the perimeter of the rectangle,if the length is 3 times the width?

It is given that ,

 \starBreadth = 15 cm

 \starLength = 3 (breadth)

= 3(15)

= 45 cm

We know that , the perimeter of rectangle is given by

 \large \fbox{ \fbox{ \sf \: Perimeter =  2(Length+ breadth ) }}

 </p><p> \sf =  2(45+ 15) \\  \\ </p><p> \sf  = 2(60) \\  \\ </p><p> \sf   = 120 \:  \:  cm

Thus , the perimeter of rectangle is 120 cm
