◆◆ THEIR = Their is the possessive form of plural pronoun. Their is used for replacement for the singular possessive pronoun his & her.
◆◆ EXAMPLE = ◆ Someone parked their car in a towing zone.

◆◆ THERE = There is refer as in or that place, or a particular or a specific matter.
◆◆ EXAMPLE = ◆ My dad will be there soon (referring to place)
