the thing anti social arises when ego develops in people.theft is mainly done due to government.government is responsible for that because due to unemployement people think bad .as he is alone without doing any thing many thoughts may roam in his mind they may be good or bad.if the bad thoughts comes in they think to earn money by some way resulting in thefts or any anti social things. if government works properly and provide jobs for every people there may be a chance thay thefts may reduce to some extent.i want share still some thing but i am busy now.by the way its a good quedtion.
