There are moments in life when it's the right time to buy, but it's never the right time to
sell. For fifteen years everybody has had money at the same time and nobody has
wanted to sell. Now nobody has any money and nobody wants to buy.

(a) The speaker of these lines is

(i) Juliette.
(ii) maid.
(iii) Gaston.
(iv) Mrs A1 Smith.

(b) According to the speaker, there is never the right time to sell. it implies
that

(i) one should never sell one's property.
(ii) one should always wait for the right time to sell one's property.
(iii) one is forced to sell one's property only when one does not have the
right time.
(iv) selling property is a good decision only if it is sold in right time.
