3x-y+18/11=10=> 3x = y +10 -18/11=> 3x -y = 92/11 now multiply 2nd equ by 3 we get 3x+6y +33/7= 30 => 3x+6y = 177/7 now subtracting equ 2from1 we get 7y = 92/11-177/7 solve it
