see,in the no. "1 4 5 3 3 0 8"the first 3 from the right is a three hundred,and the first 3 from the left is a three thousand ,if you remove the 8 from the ones place.now if you multiply three hundred by ten (300*10)the answer will be three thousand(300*10=3000)and hence "the 3 on the right is 10 times the 3 on the left"and if you had the number "1453308"you won't even have to remove the 8 from the ones place.
hoppe you gotit!!!!

given: 1,453,308.
from the left, the place value (P1)of 3 is thousands place.
from the right, the place value(P2) of 3 is hundreds place.
leena is very CORRECT.
P2 = 100 ×3
=300.
therefore ,P1= 300 ×10
= 3000
proof: 3000/10=300
so leena is right because 3 on the left is 10 times the 3 on the right.
