When we take out 2 oranges at a time, 1 left
When we take out 3 oranges at a time, 2 left
When we take out 4 oranges at a time, 3 left
When we take out 5 oranges at a time, 4 left
When we take out 6 oranges at a time, 5 left
When we take out 7 oranges at a time, nothing left
What is the minimum no. Of oranges in the basket

we take out 2 orange at a time, 1 left so minimum numbers of orange in basket is 1

2=1*1+1
3=1*1+2
4=1*1+3
5=1*1+4
6=1*1+5
7=1*1+6=1*7+0,
by Euclid's division lemma,
Hence, there are 7 oranges in the basket
