yes , this statement is true as Poverty is always known as our countrys biggest problem. if poverty Gets less there will be more employment and new careers will rise. If there will be less employment and more poverty the country will not grow to its potential. Poverty means No education, No education means No money. If a person doesn't earn he/she gets frustrated and might do wrong deeds by which he/she can earn money. Hence , There's a strong link between the two. Plus the famous line says 'Jab padega India tabhi badega india'.
