it is because in unicellular organism , only one cell is present. all the functions and requirements of organism is fulfilled by this single cell. so there is no division of labour in unicellular organism

There is no division of labour in unicellular organism.
Because it has only one cell which does all the work and the division of cells is not required or we can say that in unicellular organisms a single cell constitutes the whole organism.
