Thanks for the question!

It is definitely a very interesting question to solve and do some brainstorming.

Manaus, lies in the heart of the Brazilian Amazon, and a great place to explore the Amazon Rainforest.

All the seasons in this region are very hot and humid and are, infact, difficult to distinguish temperature-wise, owing to proximity to the equator. The dry season is from June to October, whilst the wet season is from December through to May. Rest of the months are generally hot and humid.

Also being located close to the Amazon River Basin, it experiences a primarily wet tropical climate or equatorial climate, also known as a tropical monsoon climate.

Hope it helps and solves your query!!

Answer:

i. Manaus is located to the north of Brazil. The equator passes through the northern

part of Brazil which means that the sun’s rays are perpendicular in this region

throughout the year. Hence, the temperature here is hot.

ii. Moreover, as it falls under the equatorial region, this region receives Convectional

type of rainfall. So, the temperature here is humid.

iii. Thus, throughout the year this region experiences hot and humid climate.

Therefore, there is not much difference in the range of climatic temperate in Manaus.
