We know that:-

Perimeter = 2 (l + b)

So if, ratio = 2:1; then, if :-
l = x
b = 2x

Perimeter = 2 (x + 2x)

=》 30 = 2 (3x)

=》 $\frac{30}{2}$ = 3x

=》 15 = 3x

=》 $\frac{15}{3}$ = x

=》 $\textbf{x = 5 cm}$

Thus;

=》 $\textbf{l = 5 cm}$

=》 b = 2x

=》 b = 2 × 5

=》 $\textbf{b = 10 cm}$
