When we prepare a list about things what we can do and what we can't, we end up with more things in the column what we can't do. We think that those things seem more difficult or uninteresting or unsatisfactory. Sometimes we try to do those things and fail in acquiring success, then we think we can't do them. If we think that we can't do a thing, it means that we're not trusting our ability. If we don't trust our own abilities, its sign of lacking self-confidence. Without our self-confidence, everything seems to be difficult or impossible. To build up our self-confidence, we have to believe that 'we are able to do everything we want'. At first, I thought that cycling is difficult because many people said that they are injured while learning it. I don't want to get injured, but I wanted to learn cycling. I tried to balance without having the two extra wheels, but I fell down. I tried again, but I got injured. When I failed several times, I thought that I can't do it anymore. Knowing this, my sister came to me and said, "The words 'impossible', 'I can't do that' and 'It's hard' are meant for losers and are said by them. If you think you can do it, you'll be able to do it without fail. Now, go and become a winner." Her words, built up confidence in me. In spite of my injuries, I tried hard to learn cycling. Finally, on the third day, I learnt cycling without having the balance wheels. I would quit if I thought it impossible. I thought that I can learn cycling, so I learnt it because of my self-confidence and hard work. Finally, can do it, if we I conclude that we think we can.
