As Hooper faced an accident which made him handicapped as his legs became weak enough so that he can walk a mile to the office and back home.He was not able to walk properly of the injurious accident which he faced, so he decided to leave his job as he would not be able to walk to the office and sit there for a long while and work.
The officers decided that they should set up a desk job for Hooper at headquarters after seeing his desire and willingness to do work. Later, they set up a desk job at the headquarters for Hooper for a short time and encouraged him.
