Things which I do to keep maslf fit & hlthy r--
• morning walk or yoga
• eat healthy fuds but u may also eat ghee or butter at least 1 spoon /day.
• also my evening exercise
• and one more thing, I recommend u to download keep app. it's the gud app to keep urself fit with regular exercises..
