This is not a type of diversity or inequality everywhere but at some places... Many times dark skinned people are rejected for some opportunities and are not supposed to do a job related to looks ex. Modelling... We all must not discriminate people because of there skin color. Anyways the society is improving and dark-skinned people or people with other skin problems are given opportunities... But still somewhere discrimination exists
