We have given,

x = 10^3×0.0099. and . y = 10^_2×110.

Then, value of x is equals to,

x = 10^3×0.0099

=10×10×10×0.0099

=9.9.

After we have, value of y is equals to,

y = 10^_2×110. (10^_2 = 0.01)

=0.01×110

=1.1.

Now, According to the question, value of

 \sqrt{x \times  \sqrt{y} }

So,

 \sqrt{9.9 \div  \sqrt{1.1} }

 \sqrt{9}

= 3.
