No what you did is wrong

The answer is

[(5^2)^3*5^3]/5^6

=[(5^(2*3)*5^3]/5^6

=[5^6*5^3]/5^6

=(5^(6+3))/5^6

=5^9/5^6

=5^(9-6)

=5^3

=125
