16 = 2×2×2×2
24 = 2×2×2×3
36 = 2×2×3×3
So, Lowest Common Multiple
LCM of 16, 24 and 36 = 2×2×2×2×3×3
= 144
So, they will meet again after 144 minutes
= 120 + 24 minutes
= 2 hr 24 minutes ___{ as 1 hr = 60 mint}
So, after 2 hr 24 min they will meet to each other for first time
So, (A) is correct.
