Answer:

Total no. of outcomes n=50

Let E1 be the event of getting 3 heads

et E1 be the event of getting 3 headsp(E1) = n(E1)/n = 6/50 = 3/25

.

.

.

Let E2 be the event of getting 2 heads

p(E2) = n(E2)/n = 9/50

.

.

.

Let E3 be the event of getting 1 head

p(E3) = n(E3)/n = 28/50 = 14/25

.

.

.

Let E4 be the event of getting no head

p(E4) = n(E4)/n = 7/50

The complete question must be:

Three coins are tossed simultaneously 50 times with the following frequency of different outcomes their outcomes are 3 head two head one head no head and their frequency are 6 ,9 28, 7. What is  the probability of each event?

Concept:

Probability tells us about how likely something is going to happen, it can be calculated by:

P(E)= Favourable Outcome/ Total number of outcome

Given:

The frequencies of the each outcomes.

Find:

The probability of each event.

Solution:

The Total no. of outcomes is 50.

Let, E0 be the event of getting no heads

P(E0)= Favourable Outcome/ Total number of outcome= 7/50

P(E0)=7/50

Let, E1 be the event of getting one heads

P(E1)= Favourable Outcome/ Total number of outcome= 28/50

P(E1)=14/25

Let, E2 be the event of getting two heads

P(E2)= Favourable Outcome/ Total number of outcome= 9/50

P(E2)=9/50

Let, E3 be the event of getting three heads

P(E3)= Favourable Outcome/ Total number of outcome= 6/50

P(E3)=3/25

Hence, the probabilty of getting three, two, one and no heads are 3/25, 9/50, 14/25 and 7/50 respectively.
