Probability of A is twice as B

Let the probability of A be x.

B's probability=x/2

C's probability=x/4 as it is half of B.

Sum of probabilities=1

x+x/2+x/4=1

(4x+2x+x)/4=1

7x=4

x=4/7

So A has P 4/7

P( winner B )= x/2 =4/14=2/7

P(C)=x/4 =4/28

=1/7

Hence your answer:

A--------------->4/7

B------------------->2/7

C------------------>1/7

Hope it helps.
