Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:

4 bottles can be filled with 3 litres of water.

5cups can be filled with 1 bottle

Now, 4 bottles = 3litres

         ⇒ 1 bottles = (3/4) litres

5cups = 1 bottle

1 cup = (3/4/5) litres

1 cup = (3/4×5) litres

1 cup = (3/20) litres

1 cup = (1.5/10) litres

Given :-

• Three litres of water is used to fill four identical ( same size) bottles.

• One bottle is used to fill five identical cups .

Solution :-

As we know that,

1 litre = 1000 milliliters

Therefore,

One litre of water contain thousands litres of milliliters.

Thus,

3 litre of water contain = 3000 milliliters

Now, we have to find quantity of one bottle

Therefore,

3000 / 4 = 750ml

Hence, One water bottle contain 750ml of water.

Here,

One bottle is used to fill 5 identical cups

Therefore,

750/5 = 150ml

Hence, The capacity of 1 cup

= 150ml.
