Let the three numbers be 1/2x,1/3x and 1/4x.
(1/2x)^2+(1/3x)^2+(1/4x)^2=244
1/4x^2+1/9x^2+1/16x^2=244
36x^2+16x^2+9x^2/144=244
61x^2=244×144
x^2=244×144÷61
x^2=526
x=24
1/2x=12
1/3x=8
1/4x=6
The three numbers are 12,8 and 6.
